Spicy avocado dressing
I made this up last night, and I didn't expect it to taste as good as it does, and now I'm addicted!
I initially made it to go on a salad because the avocados here in Indonesia are more watery than they are solid. So I didn't want watery avocado to ruin my salad, but I still wanted it to be a part of my meal. I thought of all the flavors I wanted to go with it and bam, it was delicious!

Not only is is great on salads, but I tried it as a sauce on top of grilled tuna and it was delish...I reckon it'd be just as good over tacos too!
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 0 mins
Serves: Makes 1 cup of sauce
Ingredients
1/2 ripe avacado
1 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp jalapeños
1 spring onion
1/3 cup water
1 cup parsley
2 limes, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
For the dressing, combine all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If it's too thick, add more water, and season to taste.
Drizzle the avocado dressing on top of your salad and enjoy.
Notes
Add more or less heat to your liking
If you don't want yoghurt in it, you can omit it, or change it with sour cream
I hate coriander, but if you love it, use this instead of parsley for your dressing.
