Pasta chips
I love pasta in any form in comes in.
I'd never tried them as chips though so I wanted to try it out, and it turns out they're not too bad at all. Perfect to have by my side to munch on as I work through my emails of the day!

You could use any seasoning you wanted according to the pasta you like. Same for the dipping sauce. Pesto, Alfredo, whatever you want. I normally would cook my pasta sauce but for the sake of convenience I used an olive tomato based sauce from a jar I had in the fridge
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients
100g pasta of your choice, farfalle or fusilli work well
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 pinch dried chili flakes
Olive oil spray
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup pasta sauce of your choosing
Method
Cook your pasta in salted water until well done, you want them to be extra soft.
Drain and place in a bowl, mixing with all the ingredients except for the pasta sauce.
Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes, removing the tray and shaking it/mixing it half way for even cooking.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with salt, and dip in the pasta sauce.
Notes
Don't skip the pasta cooking stage. Putting raw pasta in the air fryer will just give you stomach aches
Similarly, cook the pasta past aldente, you want every part to be cooked for proper digestion
