Hi!

I'm Tash; experimental eater, home cook and total foodie!
​
Being of such mixed heritage including Indonesian, Italian, Arab, and German, and having travelled the world more times than I can count, I've been lucky enough to try and enjoy foods from almost every culture.
​
I have a father with a culinary background and my mother is Italian - meaning my Nonna has passed down many cherished cooking tips and tricks through her along the way.
​
My parents introduced myself and my siblings to global cuisine since the age we could chew, so having jellyfish, oysters, or goat curries before we even knew what oats or banana bread was is the way it went!
They also involved us in the kitchen from about 4 years old and up, so yes, our entire family of five can and loves to cook.
​
I'm by no means trained in any capacity to cook, neither do I use proper measurements or follow recipes. I'm an intuitive cook, using what's around me, basing flavors on my previous dining experiences and most of the time, my food turns out yum! Thank goodness!
