15 minute hot chips
Sometimes I dont feel like a proper meal. I'm a grazer. A snacker. I prefer having parts of dishes throughout the day than the set 3 meals a day type thing.
ANNND being a total carb freak, hot chips are on my short list of favorite things to eat when I'm hungry.

These take no time at all.
Simple, yes. But so worth it. You can do it in the oven too. Or the deep fryer. But with the deep fryer you have to clean up all that mess afterwards, and you need to dunk them twice at least so it all gets a bit much for what a snack should really be.
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, scrubbed clean
1 tsp rosemary
Spray olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cut your potatoes in half, then slice them lengthways making them into chip size.
In a cold bowl of water, rinse them, then pat them dry on a paper towel.
Season with salt, pepper and rosemary, then spray with enough olive oil so that each chip is coated.
Place them in the airfryer, ensuring they dont overlap each other. Set your air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, flipping the chips over half way.
Notes
The more space you put between the chips, the more hot air flow they'll get and the crispier they'll get.
Those who like them extra crunchy leave them in for longer. I like them still soft in the center so thats why I did 15 minutes.
Pepper and rosemary are optional of course, I just like the extra flavor on them. Feel free to play with other flavor combos too!
